Then we work where you work. We run matters in Relativity and RelativityOne, and we are comfortable inside whatever review database your firm has committed to — including your own licence and your own tenancy. Where a platform cannot do something, we do that part elsewhere and put the results back into yours.

Migrations off legacy systems, and load-file interchange in both directions with Concordance, Opticon, Relativity and Nuix formats. Coding, tags, redactions and families come across intact.

If your matter is already in Relativity or RelativityOne — or the discovery protocol names it — nothing has to move. Our team works in your workspace under your licence, or hosts it for you, with the same collection, culling, review management and production discipline we apply anywhere else.

Common questions
Do we have to switch platforms to work with you? +
No. We are platform-agnostic in practice: if your firm has standardized on a review database, we work in it. The only thing we insist on is that the data stays in Canada and that the processing and production steps are defensible.
Can you use our existing licence? +
Yes. We work as named users inside your tenancy, under your security model and your retention rules. Many firms prefer this because nothing leaves an environment they already control.
What if our platform cannot handle part of the data? +
That is common with encrypted containers, mobile extractions, legacy mail formats and very large volumes. We process that portion in Nuix Discover and overlay the output into your platform, so your team sees one consistent set.
Can you migrate an existing matter? +
Yes — including off legacy systems. Coding, tags, redactions, families and privilege calls come across, and we reconcile counts on both sides so you can show nothing was lost in the move.
